China's Hydraulic Bracket Cutting Multi-Process Robot Project Reached International Advanced Level 11 Sep 2018
Recently, the China Coal Industry Association organized experts in Beijing to carry out scientific and technological achievements appraisal of the “Research and Application of Robotic System for Hydraulic Bracket Cutting, Handling and Palletizing Process Coordination Operation” completed by Yangmei Group. After carefully listening to the project report, the expert committee believe that the project's achievements have reached the international advanced level.
The expert committee listened to the project report and reviewed the relevant materials. After questioning and discussion, it was considered that the project “Research and Application of Robotic System for Hydraulic Bracket Cutting, Handling and Palletizing Process Coordination Operation” was independently developed.
The company independently developed the robotic suction cup gripper for palletizing robots, developed the main control platform, optimized the multi-process coordinated operation system of industrial robots, and realized the automation of handling, flame cutting and palletizing processes and the project achievements reached the international advanced level. The main achievements and innovations are: the development of a seven-axis palletizing robot that increases the track walking position, which can realize the precise control of the walking part, the electromagnetic suction cup gripper and the flame cutting robot with the handling robot as the main control equipment; The layout of the handling robot and the flame cutting machine workstation realizes the precise positioning of the small-volume production of steel plate workpieces by the visual and laser ranging technology during the cutting process of the hydraulic support cutting, and carries out the combination operations such as grasping, handling and palletizing;Developed a communication, control, and collaborative operation between the transfer robot and each process robot centered on the PMC module control.
